The project is located in the outskirts of Dibbeen Village, 800 meters above sea level with a moderate climate throughout the seasons. Since 2004, Dibbeen has become a natural reserve under the initiative of the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature. One of the new landmarks in the village is The Monastery of Lady Virgin Mary Giving Spring, which belongs to the Orthodox Church.
The project consists of nine housing units: seven which are separate from one another (A, B, C, D, E, F, G), while one is a two-apartment unit, (H1, H2) as shown in the below housing layout.
